I totally agree. I think his heart is usually in the right place, but he also suffers from a distinct lack of awareness of his own biases. That's something a younger mind might be more able (and willing) to wrestle with, but that's a much tougher task for a 93-year-old thinker, no matter how smart that thinker may be.
