UBI might one day help alleviate chronic unemployment/underemployment, but human nature never changes. Almost everything, including poverty, is relative, but not humanity’s obsession with always wanting more. That’s something that appears to exist across all cultures and societies — which is both a positive and a negative, in my humble opinion.
