So as I said in my response to Clint, I don’t disagree about superhero movies having become quite stale over the years. It is very much a rinse-and-repeat experience, and I’ve gotten pretty tired of it as well. So yeah, you won’t get any argument from me on that point.

I’m okay with conceding this point as well since my main beef with Bill is the unnecessary attacks on adults who enjoy comics. I certainly wouldn’t put any comic book or graphic novel in the same category as Shakespeare or Melville, but they do constitute a legit form of art, IMO, and I just don’t think there’s anything wrong with enjoying them at any age.
