That is a GREAT point, honestly! On all the shows I watch now on Netflix and Amazon, I never see anything like that. It's always just about getting revenge on the bully/bad guy rather than finding a peaceful resolution.
And I get it. I understand that vengeance-focused plots make for entertaining shows, but you do have to wonder whether seeing a popular character eschew revenge and looking for a peaceful way out of a bad situation might have a more positive influence on younger audiences.
