The Golden Rule. Exactly. Anyone who has ever been in the position of needing a little mercy or forgiveness — which is pretty much all of us, I imagine — should also be prepared to dish out a little mercy and forgiveness from time to time. I feel like that’s a bit of a lost art, especially in the online world.
