“The only thing I know is that I know nothing.”

I know there’s a debate about whether or not Socrates should be credited with that quote. But no matter who said it, I still agree with it — and with you, Harry. I don’t think anyone can really “know” anything with absolute certainty. Admittedly, though, it does frustrate me. I’m an “objective truth” kind of guy, and it disappoints to me know that I’ll die without actually knowing a lot of objective truths that I wish I knew. On the other hand, there’s not much I can do about it except continue trying to discover those truths, so I might as well keep working at it! :)
