As for me, I’m in therapy. When I was first diagnosed 20 years ago, they threw a bunch of meds my way. Four different ones, to be precise, none of which are actually prescribed for OCD today lol. Three of them did nothing. One of them helped a little but had terrible physical side effects. I did therapy for about 6 years, started to get a handle on things, and then it all spiraled out of control. Been back in therapy for two years and doing CBT. Also learning mindfulness meditation. Got a long way to go, but I’m okay with that! Everybody’s got their own burden to carry, as I’m sure you know better than most.
